Toronto ON. June 22, 2020- Tanya Hayles, founder of RSVP and Co (formerly Hayles Creative Elements) announced that she will be joining the board of directors of the ILEA Toronto Chapter. ILEA, which stands for the International Live Events Association, is a not-for-profit organization for event planning professionals.
Hayles has been in the event planning industry since 2006 and has later taken the leap of faith to own her own firm. Since then she has been able to make an extensive portfolio for herself. She has been a part of a number of events and initiatives within Toronto.
“Super excited to announce that I’ll be joining the ILEA Toronto Chapter board of directors” Hayles announced on her Facebook on June 22, 2020.
ILEA is a great organization for event planners. They have different chapters across Canada in different cities. Anyone can register to become a member and be apart of an organization that will help them in their growth and establishment. Tanya Hayles is chosen to not only be a member but be a part of the board of directors which is an amazing accomplishment

About Tanya Hayles
Tanya Hayles is the Founder of the Black Moms Connection. An organization catered to the betterment of black mothers. Founded in 2015, members are able to connect with others who share the same experiences and become involved in an encouraging environment. The group has now grown to over 14,00 members and continues to provide scholarships, emergency funds, workshops and live events.
Tanya has also worked in the event planning industry since 2006 and has since mastered her skillset and started her own firm. She can be seen working throughout the city on many different initiatives.
