Joe Harry, founder of 4th Metric Music, has one simple mission – to offer the industry and listeners a musical sound and unmistakable vibe that is all him. The name 4th Metric itself is derived from a standard of measurement where 3 events establish a pattern, and the “4th metric” is the missing element that completes that pattern.
